Homeowner’s Association Regulations and Permits

Before applying for a permit, check with your Homeowner Association (HOA), as they enforce Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs),
which are private agreements between homeowners and the association. These rules may be stricter than local regulations. Obtaining a permit
from the Village of Timberlane does not exempt you from following HOA rules, nor does it make the Village of Timberlane liable for any
violations.

Village Building Permits and Inspections (847) 428-7010

Building permits and inspections are required for new construction and for remodelling projects. B & F Construction Code Services issues permits and performs inspections for the Village of Timberlane. Call (847) 428-7010 for an appointment (appointments are Tuesday or Thursday).
Fees will be determined and collected at the work site.
